Our proposals
Our proposals seek to convert the upper floors of the site, which were previously offices into a capsule hotel. This plan will provide various benefits to the area including the sustainable re-use of a disused building and will minimise disruption to residents with efficient servicing arrangements.
We believe that a hotel in this location will assist in meeting the demand for tourist accommodation in the area, whilst providing a welcome boost for the local economy.

Timeline and next steps
We anticipate submitting a planning application to Westminster City Council in November. Shortly after this, the Council will write to those living closest to the site as part of their own statutory consultation, summarising the application, as well as inviting you to make representations, should you wish to do so.
